Rubenizer Detail LLC ("we," "us," or "our") gift cards are redeemable only toward goods and services provided by Rubenizer Detail LLC. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and cannot be applied to a balance that was already paid. A gift card can be redeemed online at rubenizer.com or in person at our shop, and its value may be used in part across multiple visits until the balance is exhausted.
Rubenizer Detail LLC gift cards do not expire, and we do not charge any dormancy, inactivity, or service fees. The full purchased value remains available until used.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. If you reside in a state whose law requires cash redemption below a set balance (for example, California or Colorado), you may request a cash refund of the remaining balance up to that state's threshold by contacting us.
A gift card is like cash — we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. A lost or stolen card will be replaced only with a valid purchase receipt and the card number, and only for the verified remaining balance.
Consistent with Nebraska law, a gift card balance that remains unused for three (3) consecutive years may be reported and remitted to the Nebraska State Treasurer as unclaimed property. You may still claim the value from the State thereafter.
