All payment information is processed securely through Helcim, our PCI-compliant payment processor. Your credit card details are collected through Helcim's hosted payment form and are never stored on or transmitted through our servers. We only store a secure token reference for recurring billing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your data is stored on secure server infrastructure with encryption in transit and restricted access, and we maintain regular encrypted off-site backups. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Text messages (SMS) are opt-in. We send text messages only after you give express consent — either by checking the "Text me appointment updates & reminders" box (off by default) when you request a booking or create an account, or by enabling SMS categories in your account preferences. Our texts are limited to service-related, transactional messages about your appointments, such as:
Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
On-our-way alerts for mobile appointments
Service completion confirmations (which may include photos of the completed work)
Invoice and payment notifications
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text, by turning off SMS in your account preferences, or by contacting us.
