Rubenizer Detail LLC provides professional automotive detailing — including interior, exterior, and full details, ceramic coating, and related add-ons — both in-shop and as a mobile service in Wayne, NE and the surrounding area.
Service availability, scheduling, and pricing may vary based on your vehicle's size and condition, service location, and demand. All estimates are subject to verification when we see the vehicle.
To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Text messages. When you request a booking or create an account, you may opt in to service-related text messages by checking the "Text me appointment updates & reminders" box, which is off by default. These are transactional messages about your appointments only — not marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or updating your account preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Estimates provided through our platform are based on the information you provide about your vehicle. Final pricing may be adjusted after we assess the vehicle's actual size and condition. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with reasonable notice to active customers.
Appointments are scheduled based on the service selected, staff availability, and — for mobile jobs — weather and travel conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your scheduled time but reserve the right to reschedule due to:
Inclement weather or unsafe working conditions (mobile service)
Equipment maintenance
Holidays and observed business closures
Staff availability
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made. We accept payment through our online portal via credit or debit card (processed securely through Helcim). By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for services rendered.
For recurring services, you may set up autopay to automatically charge your default payment method when invoices are generated. Late payments may be subject to service suspension.
By scheduling service, you agree to make your vehicle available at the scheduled time and location. You agree to:
Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service — we are not responsible for items left inside
Disclose any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, aftermarket finishes or wraps, or other sensitive conditions before work begins
For mobile service, provide safe and legal access to the vehicle, and let us know in advance if water or power will not be available on site
Provide accurate special instructions through your customer profile
Rubenizer Detail LLC strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage, wear, stains, or defects — including conditions that only become apparent once cleaning is performed
Damage to aftermarket parts, worn or aging trim and clips, wraps, or improperly installed components
Personal items left in the vehicle
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree not to misuse our website or services. Prohibited activities include:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Interfering with the proper functioning of the website
Submitting false or misleading information
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rubenizer Detail LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the laws of the State of Nebraska, and the courts of Wayne County, Nebraska shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
